Blackwood Press is a small independent visual and literary arts publishing company based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, specializing in the development, assemblage, publication and marketing of the visual and literary product presentation of its artists' projects and special events.

Blackwood Press originated in February 2002 with the conception of The Blackwood Press DUB, a monthly literary magazine comprised of works contributed primarily by unpublished authors and visual artists from around the North Plains region of the United States.

Blackwood Press has published several books by a select few authors, and hopes to grow to add more artists and publishing opportunities in an ever-expanding geographical, philosophical, psychological and existential reach. Blackwood Press includes Blackwood Press Records, an American Society of Composers, Artists and Publishers (ASCAP) Member label under which will be discovered a small but growing multitude of musical and spoken-word audio works. If you are an artist, please consider submitting your work for publication consideration by Blackwood Press. If you are a venue, retail outlet or distributor, please consider adding Blackwood Press, its products and merchandise, and its budding entourage of artists and entrepreneurs to your folio of partnerships and ventures.
